Teen Self-EmPOWERment PlayShop is tailored specifically for teenagers, addressing their unique challenges and opportunities. It is designed to help them cultivate self-love and find happiness; despite any current issues they may be facing.

This program is available for two age groups: 12-14 and 15-19.
It is a fun workshop which uses interactive tools and techniques and provides a nurturing space for teens to explore their potential and connect with others.
Teens learn to embrace their true self and worth, manage emotions and behaviours, transform beliefs, improve relationships and envision a positive future.
